Scheduling & Appointments


Each appointment is reserved just for you, and we honor your time and investment. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.

Pro Tip: Arrive 5–10 minutes early to relax, use the restroom, and get settled. Services begin and end on time out of respect for every client’s schedule.



Appointment Confirmations


You’ll receive automatic text and email reminders one business day before your appointment. Please make sure your contact info is up to date. While reminders are sent as a courtesy, it is still your responsibility to remember your appointment time.



Running Late?


We completely understand that delays happen! If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. Please plan your trip to allow time for traffic or unexpected delays—especially with our downtown location. Parking is free and located in the salon shopping center.



Cancellation & No-Show Policy


Out of respect for other clients on our waitlist, please cancel at least 48 hours in advance.

Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will result in:

1st No-Show: Card required to rebook

2nd No-Show: 20% fee of missed services

3rd No-Show: 50% fee of missed services

4th No-Show or more: 100% fee + booking privileges revoked


Note: Weather, traffic, or personal delays are not valid exceptions unless communicated and we initiate the cancellation.



Children in the Salon


While we love kids, this private suite is designed for peace and pampering. No infants or toddlers are allowed at this time. One child may accompany you if they can sit quietly with an activity or iPad. Thank you for helping us maintain a calm environment.



Pricing & Payments


We’re always growing and updating to bring you the best of the best—please note that prices and services may change. Accepted payment methods include:

Afterpay, ShopPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay

Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, and cash


All sales are final—no refunds on services, gift cards, or packages.



Age Policy


Guests 13 and up are welcome! If you’re under 18, a parent/guardian must provide transportation or remain on-site during your appointment.



Memberships & Packages


For questions about our exclusive membership or service packages, please submit a request through the Contact Us form. All cancellations for memberships must also go through this form.



Deposits & Rescheduling


We require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit to secure your appointment. You may reschedule up to 48 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email.



Booking Tips


Please select the correct services when booking. Extension services often require 3–4 hours. Be sure to add any extras (like takedowns, treatments, or color) to avoid rescheduling.



Communication Policy


Please provide a valid phone number and email. Incorrect info may lead to missed confirmations, canceled appointments, and lost deposits.
